Ongoing business
1. Dan Brown – Charter and revisions to charter
2. Ben Logan – update on blog site
3. Darrell Clowes– sources of funding and potential sources of funding
New business
4. Ben Logan – Proposed garden, which will be part of Crescent garden
5. George Lally and Bonnie Moreno – proposal to inform and obtain input from the congregation – possibly December 4? (coordinate with Board via Mike and Darla)
6. Bonnie Moreno – making decisions between Committee meetings (to allow making decisions in a timely manner, especially with winter almost upon us)
7. Do we need survey of grounds (making use of Goldie’s skills?)
8. Marquita – below are possible subcommittees. Names of individuals are tentative
o Circumferential Meditation Path – George Lally, Bonnie Moreno, and (?)
Meditation path as a unifying element for the grounds
o Memorial Garden: Susan Baker and ?
o Crescent gardens – Ben Logan
o Natural habitat – Marquita Hill, KC Arceneaux, Darla Bray (?)
o Does each component need a subcommittee? Or is a dedicated individual sufficient in some cases?
o Process oriented subcommittees
§ Plant inventory – Ben Logan? Gloria Heath?
§ Informing/working with congregation and neighbors – George Lally
§ Bringing water into the grounds – Ben Logan, Marquita Hill and ?
